Flannels are sent out to the UK via Royal mail tracked 24 for peace of mind and so you receive you're shirt as soon as possible 🤟🏼

As we are starting out with a made to order style set up for the other clothing items, please allow 3-5 days for production on top of the postal time stated

USA

Flannels are shipped to the USA via Royal Mail and the postal charge includes all relevant duties applicable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges may either be added to the delivery charge where mentioned, collected seperately at checkout or become payable by the customer upon import or delivery, depending on the destination and shipping service used. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges that are not expressly stated as being included in the price paid at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all applicable charges collected by us are calculated correctly at checkout. However, where an error, technical issue or omission results in required taxes, duties, tariffs or other charges not being correctly calculated or collected, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch.

If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund of all amounts paid to us for the cancelled order.

Where possible, we may instead contact the customer and provide the option to place a corrected order with the applicable charges included.
